The FDA is a corporation, a subsidiary of the United States Corporation, is "doing business as" exactly what it's corporate officers have been commissioned to do by their owners, the creditors who hold in bankruptcy receivership, all the assets and liabilities of the corporation, including you. Once those assets become a liability on their balance sheet, those liabilities need to be salvaged and scrapped. Citizens are bonded surety for this bankrupt corporation and are only useful to provide value added to the shareholders. The shareholders are the one percent trillionare class and they are evil, do not see humans as sentient souls, and have decided we need to be scrapped. It's strictly business. We sentient humans, by signing any documents or contracts with the one evil corporation of planet earth, are consenting to the corporation statutes and policies, claiming to be corporate property, and have no say in how the corporation is run. Groveling at the feet of the evil corporate shareholders for permission to live in their system is confimation and reaffirms that you are chattel property. Sovereign souls do not stand under any man, but stand only with god and the divine. You can't negotiate with evil.
I read that Trump (POTUS 45) used the Prep Act at least 10 times to force his Covid-19 vaccines into everyone, after he signed the contracts with the vaccine suppliers, which continue to 2029, so I understand, extended by Biden, before Trump took office a second time (POTUS 47).
I thought whatever your POTUS decided, was the Rule of Law that you all follow - more of less - not so?
Trump originally was paid $1 for each year he was POTUS 45, because he was rich and did not need the money, but this time around, in one year he has become a Trillionaire, from owing 500 Million in fines, which have all been dismissed - so be interesating to see how rich he becomes, in the total term of POTUS 47 this time around.
