February 4, 2020 — Just 24 hours after the request is submitted, FDA issues Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) requiring CDC to retest all positive results. CDC finally started to send kits to state and local health labs on February 5.[pw] Here is a crude Washington Post chronology of issues with the CDC test. In the EUA document, the CDC says, "Since no quantified virus isolates of the 2019-nCoV are currently available," we have gone through the described process "to mimic [a] clinical specimen." This is based on the in silico sequence MN908947, published by China one month earlier.
Simply put, the CDC is saying they have no actual sample of the claimed virus, so we created one synthetically, known elsewhere by the federal government as "contrived samples" [see also] composited from many sources and run through metagenomic transcription.
What they mean is that they are using an in-silico or theoretical sequence as the source of the primers in their PCR test for "SARS-CoV 2," and looking for fragments of that sequence in the actual human samples that come in. People who match this contrived virus are said to "have covid" and to be infected with the virus. Yet the CDC's own documents, which surface in April, say that nucleotide fragments detected by the PCR are not proof of infection. [iap] [pcr]
As late as June 21, 2022, the July 2021 version of the document was still listed as the current version, containing the same language. The CDC's and every other PCRassay for "SARS-CoV-2" still uses in-silico sequences as its primers; there is no purified isolate and there are no patient samples of intact virus.
ALSO — During his State of the Union address, Trump mentioned the claimed outbreak. “We are coordinating with the Chinese government and working closely together on the coronavirus outbreak in China,” he said. “My administration will take all necessary steps to safeguard our citizens from this threat.” It was part of alengthy section focused on health care, beginning with a promise to protect preexisting conditions — despite the administration supporting a lawsuit that
wouldend that protection — and ending with his awarding the Presidential Medal of Freedom to conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh, which was moving in a perverse way. He cried on national TV. [wapo]
ALSO — Japan's Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare announced that Diamond Princess,[bt] which had docked at Yokohama[bu] the previous day,[bv] was quarantinedat sea with PCR 10 positive "cases" on board.
Our local (Oil City, PA) newspaper The Derrick, page 2, below the fold AP headline: "China's Virus Cases Top 20k as Hong Kong Reports 1st Death." No U.S. news regarding covid in this account. No top U.S. officials quoted nor is there any mention of U.S. policy. No speculation on virus origin.
My goal is to get to March 18th, which is when the entire operation was fully taken over by DHS. After that, it was all propaganda on the front end and intelligence/military operations driving the response. But I'll keep going if there's a lot of interest... :)
Brilliant idea - no doubt the detailed history of these last four years will be - should be - being studied for the next hundred years, if we are not all murdered by our governments with forced vaccines in the name of protecting us, long before then. Wow, I thought I might die of old age, or an accident, or even an illness - I never thought the most likely reason for my death was going to be "protection from serious illness and hospitalization".
Feb 4, 2020 is a very important date. On that day, there was a phone call going out from the DOD to the pharmaceutical pandemic consortium telling them that "covid was designated as national security threat". I have video and audio evidence from one of the large pharmas internal meeting. More about this in a few days. IMO, that's why PREP Act was made retroactive to Feb 4. I think DOD went ahead with the covid scam plan, and told Trump later.
I will post the audio part in a few days and a transcript. The video does not add much in terms of information, and I just want to make sure to protect the whistleblower (the way video was recorded may identify the person).

Great project but that feeling of anguish (the anguish of smelling something very fishy) resurfaces by reading it.
