-Heavily funded/influenced by Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation
-In 2007 Soros’ Open Society partnered with CDCF

-Several CDCF board members have ties to World Economic Forum (WEF)
-CDCF gave grants to former WEF member, Scott Ratzan’s company and CUNY for Emergency Response Fund Coronavirus, to convince people to take the vaccine
-Scott Ratzan trademarked CONVINCE COvid-19 New Vaccine INformation, Communication, and Engagement and worked as the USCIB Executive Director of Business Partners to CONVINCE since July 2019
Yes, this is the strict definition. Too many people intentionally confound the term by including all of the permanent bureaucracy. The US deepstate was first formed around 1890 as part of our colonial expansion into Central America. From the start it included the bankers and stock trader types, intel types, big data, and color revolutions serving the intel agencies. The early version was somewhat separate from government, and then Wilson uploaded it to government. Since then it hasn't changed.
