That massive spike beginning in December 2020 happened after 70 percent of senior citizens and 50 percent of the public had received that year’s new flu shots. But then came the Biden administration which coincided with your three-spike period. Could it be that the criteria for acceptance as "permanently disabled" were made easier by compassionate government officials compared to an earlier baseline?
The Y axis is the % increase in (ACM minus Covid deaths) for all ages over the historic average for that week across 2018-2019. Seems like a reasonable starting point?
The 3 spikes, the elevated baseline post mid-2020 and absence of prolonged pull-forward dip all look at a glance to be features.
I only started playing with the data today, so a grain of salt, need some time to digest, double check working etc.
Noting that the 3 spikes do seem to match the dates of supposed Covid wave peaks. If the 3 spikes in ACM were the only aberrant feature anywhere, one might argue that there's a tangled mess of data, but that underneath it Covid alone could be the sole cause.
All the above in the article taken together however, it seems hard to see how the strongest case for Covid as cause would be that it was only a partial contributor to the excess mortality at times, with the quaxccine as primary suspect for the rest.
